Meet Our Orthopedic Surgeon
Ugo Ihekweazu, MD, FAAOS
Dr. Ugo Ihekweazu is our board-certified surgeon who was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He went to Cornell University to complete his graduate and undergraduate medical school training. After that, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency program at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Ihekweazu worked in a variety of settings and gained significant experience. In addition, he also successfully finished a short AP Trauma Fellowship at the Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève in Geneva, Switzerland. Other than this, he completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction and Joint Replacement Surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. He is always looking out for his patients and aiming to provide them with advanced knee and hip treatments.
